missed the moon quest to get cleveland

i missed the moon quest to get cleveland. i logged in after the event had ended. i am lvl 20 and have no quest present on my board for any character .. i have no house or museum in my inventory. and i am on the current version of the app on Android. i was just curious if anyone could let me know if/ when i will be able to start a quest line for him

You would only have the museum and Cleveland's house in your inventory if you had repaired the museum. You will not get a quest to unlock him until they rerelease him at some point
