Stonecutters or Klingons????? that is the question

I was watching some old Start Trek TNG tonight when there was an exterior view of the Klingon High Command building, which has a striking resemblance to the Stonecutter Lodge. So they have either shared architect plans or they are one in the same....what do you think???
