There are currently 27 Achievements in the game this will be updated if/when more are added.
Achievements.
Achievement: Description Points
Playing on Hard Mode: You've unlocked Glenn Quagmire. Now make sure your device is using the proper protection. 20pts.
It's Happy Hour Somewhere: You repaired the drunken clam. Now destroy your drunken liver. 20 pts
Friends Have Benefits: Visit a friend's multiverse. 30 pts.
Broke and Bad: You got the Tweaked Out Peter outfit. Okay, maybe just once. 30pts
Black From the Waist Down: You made Peter and Jerome Do a Black Handshake. His best friend is black. 10pts
Back From the Dead: Unlock Brian Griffin. 20pts
A Shotgun Only a Mother Could Love: Create Rambo Lois. 30pts
Going HAM: Make Chris eat a Large Ham 25 times 10pts
Dance Off: Dance the Shipoopi, Dance a Jaunty Jig, and Twerk It at the same time. 20pts.
Prehab Party: Have Bonnie chug wine while Peter, Quagmire and Jerome go to The Clam. 20 pts.
That Feels Soooooo Good: Brian Do the Scoot 10pts.
Didn't See You There: Make Seamus Emerge From the Shadows 10pts.
Darling, it's Better Down Where it's Wetter: Make Mermaid Peter Hose off 10pts.
Landing Strip: Place 10 well-trimmed Bushes 10pts.
Who Needs Real Friends?: Unlock 10 characters 50pts.
Underachiever: Reach level 10 30pts.
My God, Who the Hell Cares?:Get Peter up to level 10 30pts.
Affirmative Action:Now your modelling agency for college application brochures is complete 40pts.
Bathroom Hog:Reach Level 40 50pts.
Monopoly Money:Collect 500,000 coins 30pts.
Identity Crisis:Create 3 of Peter outfits 50pts.
Friends in Low Places:Visit 10 friends. You do have 10 friends, right? 40pts.
Creature of Bad Habits:Have Peter drink at the Clam 50 times 20pts.
Why Don't You Have a Seat Over There?:Place 5 popsicle stands 20pts.
Pbsessive-Compulsive Shipoopi-er:Make Peter Shipoopi 100 times 20pts.
Restraining Order:Run out of friends to visit 20 times 20pts.

If anyone who is using Google Play achievements unlocks this and it shows in there achievements... let me know as it's the only achievement so far that hasn't unlocked for me even though I have created S&M Lois. Also I'll sticky this for you Cleveland so people can find it easily!  |

Also I'll sticky this for you Cleveland so people can find it easily! Thanks Dr. Brian and I haven't yet but I did notice that the Friends have benefits one never showed on Google play for me I visit every day. Also I had a question for you, if I have multiple outfits that requires the same amount of a similar material (Like the eye shadow) if one outfit is finished before the others does that mean I have to start over looking for the material again for each outfit? |

As long as you don't press create once you have all the items for an outfit... your items are free to use how you want. Right now it shows I have 12/7 spray cans and 12/5 spray cans. I think Goth Chris and one other costume requires it, but you can still earn them until both (all) costumes have enough to be completed at the same time. |
