I'm halfway done of getting Ron Perlman, but in less than an hour, I'm one away of completing the QUEST: CREATURE FROM THE GOO LAGOON, where I earn 50 Blam!, 35XP and another battery.  Then I'll be 3 away of getting the car, which I can get tonight if I rush it with the extra battery I received earlier, plus I don't feel like getting up 2 o'clock in the morning to finish it.

If I was off the game for over 8 hours/ didn't use any batteries for 8 hours, would that give me 2 or just 1? I have been off for 7 houses and it says I have 0 batteries, yet I can still zap a stewie.

I believe it would give just 1, if you send few of your characters for a 4 hour task and come back online like 2 hours later.  They will be sitting there with a checkmark waiting for you.  Just like the ray gun, once you use it, it takes 4 hours to recharge and since you came back 7 hours later, you gave it plenty of time to recharge and use it just once and have to wait another 4 hours or use a battery to use it again right away.  That why, I have to check back every 4 hours to reuse the gun again and in couple of hours I will finally finish the last mutant stewie and win the nailgunner car.

Thanks, I would have checked back every 4 hours earlier, but I was asleep at 3-4 in the morning. I've zapped 3 so far, and if I go on every 4 hours, I should get 15 on Tuesday, I think. I believe I can do it, and luckily Stewie hasn't landed on important buildings yet.

He's now on 4 buildings, this will be the first I clear as the others are not important. Good news though, I just unlocked Patrick Stewart, I'll have to wait for Bruce to finish a task to complete the first part of his quest line.

Has there been a mix-up in items for Ron Perlman?

I have 5/10 Extra Rare tapes
I have 6/20 Rare Puppies
I have 0/10 Rare Music Discs
I have 5000/5000 blam

I have got the extra rare items everytime but no music discs? I think they made a mix-up and put the discs as extra rare and tapes as just rare but it says otherwise? Help?

I've only just started to get Ron so I have 1 for 2 of them and 0 for the other. Can't remember which one though. Maybe you are very lucky and kinda unlucky as well.

Agree on the second part, but why wouldn't beta count?  It's basically like TSTO limited items.  Many did not partake in Halloween 2012 and want the limited items.  While TSTO certainly wasn't beta - but it also had limited amounts of players.  The game had 'relaunched' a month prior, which one could say March-August was the beta period.  People had access to 'limited' time items, the beta was device specific (as TSTO wasn't on Android until a year later (from March release, 6 months if you count rerelease in August)).

I just officially reached 30,000 Blam! along with getting the 20th puppy, now I just need 2 more of each for black & white movies and jazz records for Ron Perlman, not bad so far for not buying the premium buildings for him.

Just unlocked Ron yesterday, he gave me 3 batteries instead of 1.

OMG, less than 1/2 hour ago one of the nerds drop a jazz record and finally Quagmire did one as well and I officially unlock Ron Perlman!  I hit his task early as he was leaving the convention center, so kinda looks like he fighting nerds back of the high school.

-Blam! 3407/5000

I think it's a decent ammount of stuff collected.

Only started to unlock Ron yesterday and I've got:
4/10 movies
7/20 puppies
2/10 discs
I'm paying for the Blam! when I've got all the materials.

Just started to build Cats & Mouses Cafe, and could possibly hit 13,000 Blam! before tomorrow (I'm counting the next day as the time I started the update (2-3am on 31st)). I'll probably get the 5th prize (can't really remember the name, outhouse of loneliness or something like that?) either tomorrow or Thursday.

He respawns every 3 hours for a maximum of 6 a

Well I have him attack Q several times now and every time the 4hr clocks were different on the 2 buildings. When I zapped him I had 10 min left one time, every time the clocks were the same before Stewie attacks and the clocks get out of sync. So depending on how long he's there he's slowing down or speeding up the clock, that I can't tell but he's having some effect on the clock.
