Is Cleveland slow to level up for anyone else?

I'm finding that Cleveland is so slow at levelling up.
I just can't seem to get him to level 5.  Anyone got some tips?
He only has 10 min, 4 hour and 6 hour tasks for me. The 10 min task is starting to s#*t me because I can't get the 4 and 6 hour tasks 
to sync up and I have to use the 10 min one.

Same for us all unfortunately until you get his level right up.....just a case of grinding through

I'm sticking with the 4 hour task during the day and the 6 hour at night. Doing the 10 minute one got old fast. At least the one minute tasks, you can set the task do a couple other things or just wait and be right back at it. Ten minutes is just too long to hang around the game doing nothing, so I close it and usually by the time I remember to go back in it's almost an hour anyway. So, might as well just stick with the longer tasks.

I think at level four he gets an hour long task?? Which makes it a bit easier, but it is just a case of keeping at it.

Yes, totally... did you not get his 1 hour clam task at level 4?? I could have sworn it was level 4... although tbh, it could be level 5 I guess, it's taking me ages to get to level 6

I just unlocked Cleveland yesterday and am still trying to get him to level 2. My time is tied up in Stonecutters and don't want to grind every ten min.

Yes, hit level 4 yesterday, now it's the long quest to level 5.

there's no need to rush if you somehow don't unlock him before the event ends you'll be able to after
