Yeah you can unlock Pee Pants Peter and I think the event is available from any point in the game I don't think you need to be at district 6 anyway. The UK isn't much better these days to be honest.  Yea I saw it after what I'm wondering is how to get more clowns Not sure... but I'd imagine we probably get 1 or 2 every few hours. |

Yeah it is good that there common... though to be honest if your having to pay clams for a building the drop should never be anything less 100% drop.

Yea with the time frame of the event I'm glad they drop every time although I do think it'd work better if they made the clowns more frequent or have some freemium buildings/character tasks drop them also |
