Nice but yea I probably would've almost had it but it's mostly because I didn't get to start this morning because of some stuff I had to do

My museum should be done in about an hour and a half (5pm Eastern). Can't wait to get it done.

I now have mine, Cleveland need quite a lot of stuff to unlock, including 3000 idols, I've only got over 400 altogether (200 for Cleveland so far). I still don't think I'm going to do well as a freemium player at this event

I do think TinyCo need to look at this because they'll nark people off. At least with the 'Other Game' they have something for those that choose to go freemium

I do think TinyCo need to look at this because they'll nark people off. Here we go, same reprise as I hear in 'the Other forum'. Lol but I know what you're saying. (to quote a reply I received off a certain someone yesterday lol... In all seriousness tho, I think we should all sit back and chill whilst we watch and wait for everything to unfold... It's still early days yet!! There's so many things we can get idols from, many of which, I understand, haven't been introduced yet... Personally, I think, reasonably, we will have enough time to do it if us freemiums are prepared to grind away at it, the advantage for premiums is that they can buy items which drop idols meaning they dont have to graft away like us... Tbh I didn't think it was possible at first but, I've just got the bronze statue 2 hours ago; I have 900 idols now after 30 hrs, (1 day and quarter), so, working off this, (24x900), I could have a potential 21600 after 30 days, and thats before the mummies, Pyramid, adventurer Peter and Cleveland questlines and anything else in the pipeline. I'm sure that Tiny will be on the ball with this. Its their first major event so surely they'll want it to go smoothly as their reputations are on the line and won't want to be compared to EA; and if for some reason it doesn't go smoothly, they can always change things at the drop of a hat like they've done previously with extensions, pricing strategy etc They've already shown they have no desire to emulate EA's nefarious practices in any way. I read an interview a few months back with their founder and he was pretty high up at EA at one time, so if anyone's best placed to know how not to run things and treat their customers, it's most probably him... If ya in the same position a few days before the event ends, thats probably the time to start concerning yourself with the mechanics of the event- as will I... until then, just enjoy

Yeah, I think I'll do alright. I have 800 moon idols at the moment, could have had more but my worker was busy when the event started. I don't have much time to grind, apart from before/after school and weekends. I am estimating at getting at least 4/5 prizes, as I'm not spending any clams on this.

Lol, I'm hoping that they don't try and force the premium to hard. In all candour I am a premium player but I can understand the frustration if you feel you're not gonna get everything you want from the event. Agree 100% on the chill factor, hopefully TinyCo will learn the right lessons from EA...

Hopefully EA will learn from both Tiny and themselves also and never introduce another shambles like the Easter update ever again... I gotta say tho, the stonecutters event starting to shape up well... looks like they may be running scared... for some reason lol

Let's hope it lasts. I'm loving the Stonecutters event, but finding it hard work when coupled with Adventure Pete

I'm just happy I can do the Anime Peter story line and win idols for doing required tasks . So I will be all caught up in a little bit and Adventure Peter will hopefully start building today.

I don't know how they cope, seriously, they must either have too much time on their hands, someones helping them or theyve hacked the games I think

Back on topic, I think some of the prize cost in idols is too high and totally unrealistic that freemium players will get more than a couple, even after doubling the drop totals; so it'll be a case of prioritising. Also, does anyone know what happened to getting idols from friends like it said in the help files?? Last I heard Tiny were working on it a week ago and no mention since...
