Im with Dazz here. I played clash for 3 months until I found tsto. its just not my game. when i saw the new splash screen my face screwed up  in any case , we'll see how it goes. |

The way I look at it is even if this event doesn't turn out to be good, at least it'll help prolong the life of the game and I'm all for that. I'd rather see them take some risks with original content than just run through the old stuff and be done with it. Seriously who was clamoring for the Hibbert clan? I'm no CoC fan and I don't even like the look of most of the buildings even though I usually love medieval things but I'll play through and see what the next level update/event brings.

I never played Clash of Clans, and not sure if I have the time for it, but the event does seem pretty fun. How does it compare to the actual game? I love the medieval stuff and I have plans to create a medieval village assuming I get enough elixirs for the walls. Seems fun, get elixir, upgrade castle, get nerds, go attack, get gold, level up characters and just repeats. I wonder how high the levels go in Tapped Out. |

I use to play Clash of Clans in the past, it can be a fun game to play. But you have to do a lot of leveling up for buildings, defense and whatever else. But this is the part, I stop playing the game. As building up and trying to produce new troops, I could hardly do anything. I couldn't attack anyone, seemed like I was getting attacked like every few minutes, had to rebuild all the time and after it just got to me and I just stop playing the game. So now I discover Family Guy and The Simpsons, where I feel more comfortable. |

Not wishing to show my age but....if this is how Clash of Clans type games play these days they haven't progressed much since playing Megalomania on the Sega Mega Drive back in the 90's ( google it kids!!! )

Short play sessions at hourly intervals, or pay real $$ to get more actions. How the freemium model works. |
