I started out at level 5 and keep getting knocked back to 5 every time they update. It's a bit frustrating as it seems like I'll be grinding to just stay where I started. I noticed it only lets me look 1 tier below, so it's hard to tell if the grind is needed to stay where I am or if not grinding would drop me down more than 1 tier.
I'm Stabby Sneakers 28. My current rank is 10,142 with 1,561 hats.

Ok so with the update yesterday rank 4000 was 2000 +\- rep. It does suck you only know trike once a day what you are at

Seems they solved my problem and updated the time to update to 3:30 PST. So it would be on board with any updates.
In terms of the rank, I (currently) have 2,092 hats - which my rank inflated by 2,500 places from when it updated. I compared to yesterday's screen and dropped 2 places in the daily update. Not looking good for me, unless 2 people beat me to 3 stars on Consuela's operation (just got this morning).

At update time today 2,264 rep got me a rank of 4,025.
I went in at around 4:55 est was 2,000 ish at 5:10 after update real numbers has me there. Make sure everyone is only Che king near update times, or first check after update.

So now somewhat locked into 3rd. It seems completing Consuela's gave me that push against the players I was crammed with. Else they took a day off, who knows. |

I'm #2,239 rep 3,311. But my update says 2:00 pm yesterday as its 1:40 now, and the refresh rate notice is ridiculous 24hr refresh rate 24hrs a day.

At 5:00 the 4:00 update has me at #2,399 rep 3,364. At some point yesterday I was @#1,700, then I got busy and dropped a few.
