Looks like District 11 launched yesterday!  More land!  

My characters are attending the secret meeting right now, so will have to see where that goes.

Only 3 people to get the P and 2 take a long time, and the first one didn't drop. You need 1/13x4 to get the girl, this might take as long as D10.

6 hours is a long time?

I like the 6 hour ones, easier to do for me than the 8 hour ones.  

I wish all were the same time length.  Really hate the staggering time lengths.  I wouldn't care if they were all 24s as long as they were the same time.

I had a few plutonium cases drop already, but this seems like it will be a long drag.

plus the the final Mission so u actually need a total of 65

I've received one over the past two days, at this rate I will try for a few more days and not really care anymore. No excuse for it to be this difficult.

How many times a day?  Like are you only logging in once a day (so each character once), or are you getting at least 4 times on Carter, 3 on Mayor West, 2-3 on Tucker?

I'm at 12 cases and that's logging in a few times (3-4) a day.  Certainly not an "always" drop, but I am seeing them drop around the rare/uncommon rate for items in the same class.

Ok so this is going to take longer than I thought, my first attempt was a fail all I got was coins and xp.

It sounds like I might be better off taking my time and seeing if TinyCo adjusts the odds a bit. I'm not going to stress over it too much. At least I finally finished level 10.

I don't think that's possible.  It's a quest, and rewards the building when the quest completes.  So are you saying you don't have the building in inventory and the quest line proceeded to the second part?

I got the first building fine, was a quest reward and already 5/13 for the second one.

Well I got nothing and then the next quest started a black and I got nothing, the next quest started and I got a building. Next was to travel on the blimp but now I have to wait to collect 13 plutonium. So I guess I'll wait till after the quest to send the blimp!?
