Yea those problems are Videos cutting out early or not crediting properly afterwards. Tinyco has said they're actively working to get these resolved as soon as possible. Hopefully they will find the solution to the problem and it will allow those who have not seen the videos/earn free clams a chance to do it. It's nothing special in reality, as a premium player wo buys clams anyway, i think it's a nice touch, but to a freemium player, those free clams are essential to them to progress in the game at some point in the future. I play on Kindle Fire and always seem to be behind on updates etc. The game wasnt released on kindle until 2/3 months after everyone else:( I would LOVE free clams, used most of my total on the SMith house, which I dont regret at all, but would dearly love to get more quickly.....really want Cleveland..LOL. Oh well, Christmas is coming:) |

As for the videos, the only thing i can say is keep watching the help and support section of the game to see if they release any updates about it, perhaps even send TinyCo a message on there telling them which OS and device you use to help them more? |

Only need 2 more Box Wines. On the topic of the videos, I had Carl in my game on android, but after I watched the video the screen would go black, and wouldn't credit the clams. I hope they fix the issue as they were giving out free clams out. It's really strange how on some Android devices the videos worked, and on some others, it did not. They always worked on mine, there was a brief pause, video loading icon, watched the video, then cut back to game and got my clams. Funny thing is, my device is old and out of date (can't update Android software as ACER has stopped all support for it), seems to be newer devices people were having issues on Not really that strange, Google is spread out pretty thin with dozens of devices utilizing Android, and there's also numerous versions of each device and each device only supports particular OS. If it's one thing Apple does well, it's their versioning and less devices make their OS/Apps/Features more reliable. I didn't care I had to watch the same trailer, but it was always twice a day (always paid out 4 clams), but it was like every few days or something. Wasn't daily and I don't think it was even every other day either. |
