it was suppose to be yesterday the message showed up last week but he never did show up. but then again last time Vinny was suppose to be thursday but showed up tuesday so mayor west probably will tomorrow since my guess is halloween will be released the 9th. pink brian should be gotten by most everyone this sunday Assuming once a candy is complete we can't get extras. I wouldn't think so, but you never know. I know with the tentacles, ham and pesticides (after they were supposedly removed for harpoons) had dropped extras - which weren't normal drop items. yea it was but I doubt they would with this one because there is no way to speed it up or any other way of getting the candy if they did that then they shouldn't have made it limited time. Although I'm curious if they will do what TSTO does and have leaves for the fall and snow for winter |

Is anyone able to update the D9 walk through? I'm doing What the Duece part 5, Vinny hasn't shown up yet, haven't got Tom unlocked yet... But I want to know what tasks to get ahead on, so I better my chances on the drops! it didn't need to be it had every walkthrough including Vinny's and Tom Tucker's plus what tasks for items the only thing not in there was sexy stewie's |

Still have never seen that prompt yet. Well according to the OP, I'm on the last quest for now. So I'll be all caught up on district 9 content. All characters, all skins, all quests completed. I got a freebie on the cigar quest since I used that one overnight (sounded like a visual task) so it skipped that part. So now they are having a little party and will be all done in a few hours.

Just read on Facebook on QFS profile that Mayor West is postponed until tomorrow or a later date after that as they are planning to release a celebrity tonight.
