Got this quest..part one is to craft Jailhouse Meg. Skin drops some sort of blue tube that is going to be useful in District 9 somehow?

I presume android only? I haven't got anything, no sell feature,no character finder and no quest or costume
Currently on District 8. Stewie and Carter are still locked. (Need more jewels, should I buy the shop?)

Loving the Mini-Mart and Grocery Store can drop the Blue Glass. So far got 100% drops from both. Up to 4!

For anyone looking to find out what the prerequisites for this character are, and whether Meg has any kind of purpose at all.......
From the FGM Facebook page:
"Watch out. Meg is back.
To start working on this costume, you'll need to complete the quest "Freaks and Geeks Pt. 7." To unlock Jailhouse Meg, you will need the following items:
- 20 Poop Buckets (common) from Seamus, Mort and Chris
- 12 Blue Glass (rare) from Peter, Stop 'N Shop and Quahog Mini-Mart
- 8 Soaps (rare) from Connie and Joe
- 5 Tattoo Machines (extra rare) from Lois, Dr. Hartman and Meg
Once complete, this jailbird will drop Plutonium, which you'll need for District 9."
