Don't worry guys you'll get them here's a strategy that will help you out alot
For a specific harpoon best to use:
Old Timey Harpoon: Patrick's Stewart's Be a Thespian
Modern: Ron Perlman's Practice Fighting also Bryan Cranston's trailor
Future: Felica Days practice larping
also let the timer reset you have until the 8th

I need 11 tentacles, so I doubt I'll get Iron Baby in time, especially as I go back to school on Thursday.

If I defeat him 3 times for 3 days and 1 for every other day available (last being on the 7th), then I should be able to get him, I believe. It will just depend if I can get enough harpoons to do so. I am letting it reset tonight (about an hour and a half until it does), then I'll try to defeat him twice. One thing I hate is I just got all the guns for rollocop but had already sent Ron Perlman on the task again before getting the final one, when he could have helped to get harpoons. I only have the multiplier, red hot, Stewie and Seamus getting them, so it will take a while to get them back up to at least 13 each day. |

I had enough harpoons and just unlocked Iron Baby, with 6 kill streak.

got lucky earlier, needed 6 more tentacles to unlock Iron Baby costume and just had enough Modern Harpoons for the 25 Streak. dunno how i'll fare tomorrow with the Streak Meter seeing as though my High Tech and Modern Harpoon counts are in the single digits. we'll see what happens in 24 hours, just glad to have another costume  -MK |

Completed Iron Baby Stewie's challenge this morning. As there is no time limit my strategy worked a treat. Use the 24hrs to get as many harpoons as possible and then when that timer runs down, go for the streak. Once the higher (20 of whichever harpoons are needed), I stopped and let the timer run down. It took 4 days but it worked

I still need 10 tentacles for Iron Stewie; was barely playing the game these past two weeks when I was on vacation. I should get them with a week left in the event.

You can do it, there is no time limit to the Iron Baby skin, just make sure (if you have him) Stewie is free as he will have to do a 1 minute task to create the outfit, then it's a ten minute wait for the costume to be created in Al Harringtons shop  If you don't have Stewie yet, don't panic, i've heard from a few places that the skin will still be around after the event |

I finished Iron Baby yesterday I believe, and I'm still getting green tentacles... so another bug. Along with the Pesticides from Inspecting buildings task.

I'm not surprised there are a few bugs in the game in places considering how big this event has been, i've never seen an event like it in any game i've played, it's massive, so much to do, so much to collect, freemium and premium. Lets not forget the additions they make as well, new tasks added to characters, some just for cash and XP, some for Blam, some for skins etc, there's always gonna be a glitch here and there. If we all keep on telling TinyCo about these when they happen, TinyCo can only improve on things. That's the benefit of a community of players on social media and the in game help and support messaging function just my thoughts there though  |
