Unfortunately if you want the badge, it will need a screen.  MK will still add you to the list regardless though.

If you got it once, you should be able to hit it again doing whatever you did to hit this time.  I've hit it at least 4 extra times since my post - but I have now added my roads back as I didn't like the party on the small piece of road.

Don't forget guys you can still use the tap to stop method also if characters are in your way send them in either indoor jobs or have only one section of roads all of them will go to it

14 is still the most i've hit, pretty much anywhere between 5-10 at the moment, with 7 being the average i hit. Sometimes i get bored and waste bombs on one minion stewie, just cuz i had so many of them lol

I could hit 15 Stewies every half hour. It would be more if there wasn't a cap. I just removed all the roads except for 2 pieces. When i enter the game I immediately point the gun to that spot. Then I wait for them to spawn and immediately drop the bomb. I hit 15 Stewies every time. Just make sure you have cleared at least 15 Stewies from your town, then wait for about 30minutes and then enter your town and try this.
