Not avaible for me. Update is working as I can see Multiplier bike is visible under vechicles section but nothing more. I suspect you have to finish "Enfant Terriblle" quest (or unlock Blobulous).

Mine didn't trigger until Peter FINISHED his current task.  So if he's inside a building he had to be cleared from the task.  Hopefully that helps.  Not sure if it required that questline to be completed (mine was completed).

Nope have Peter free walking around town and no quest. Oh well less than 900 Blam! and I will be able to build Fabulous Four HQ and continue quest.

Ok I did some searching and you have to complete enfant terrible part 6 to unlock Stan Lee
