Everyday player. I use an iPhone 5. I crash frequently on first load, but it works on the second time 100 percent of the time.
Until tonight.
I get four crashes and then the in-game Crash FAQ comes up and asks me to check the Facebook page, then email if still unable to access the game. Anyone else getting this tonight?

Their servers are down, check the FB page lots of complaints there right now

Thanks, guys. I was on my phone when I clicked the Facebook page originally so I didn't see the loads of messages that were being posted there.

On android I get a notice saying:
Assert error
jni/../../libgriffin/lib/cocos2dx/sprite_nodes/CCSpriteBatchNode.cpp function:addChild line: 180
And then I get the okay button which does nothing. Sounds like one error in a line of code is ruining everything.

On Android I get it to load up normally and then nothing on the touch screen works, then it seems to be forcing a restart of my phone. Weird

I uninstalled game and reinstalled it, and it's working fine now.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, but got a message saying something weird about resetting my account to level 1
And cancelled, don't want to risk it.

Me too all I had to do was sign back in with Facebook. Or whatever you used to sign in with. It said that I'd replace the level 1 town with what was saved. |

Yep the reinstall worked-it's replacing the low level game with your saved Facebook game,I did a double take myself! Just finished checking in on my quahog a minute ago.
