What quests give clams or what characters quest give clams I just got the ten free from Louis are there anymore free after her???

Usually it's the final quest of the gold quest-line that gives out clams and that can be anywhere from 5-20 depending on what district it is.

Yea I haven't gotten to play since release day but from what I've seen you will get clams after completing the last task before unlocking the next district
