I just got an email back asking for info
- when it started - What action you were performing before it started - Whether you have unlocked Bruce and what level he is - When the screen appears such as upon login or when collecting items
Sorry for the inconvenience - with your help, we'll get it fixed

got that email and replied. I have doubts we will be back playing anytime soon. If they are still searching for answers it'll take time to get a fix made and put out. Hope i'm wrong

I've started playing another game on my iPad and haven't connected it to FaceAche, that has meant I can keep playing, funny thing is, it's not happening on my wife's Nexus and she is connected through FaceAche. Go figure  Hey Evil Monkey where did you get the Oregano from? |

Well, I was finally able to get into my game in short bursts. I keep getting a lost connection and have to force close the game. I keep getting kicked off every couple minutes and got the Bruce screen once, but I'm happy that I was able to assign some new tasks. Good luck to everyone else.

Seems like the Bruce bug is finally fixed, at least on my end. It still pops up but if I kill the app and restart it goes away. Keeping my fingers crossed. I'm still having an issue visiting friends though. Even if I close the app before it can crash, any coins I collect will disappear when I start it back up again.

Edit: This is still not working correctly I just logged back in and lost my progress I done this morning ( I don't know if it is to do with the lost connection thing and I continued playing the game?) But I had a notification saying a building had been completed but then the building was not even there.
Maybe it is something to do with the friends thing as I have yet to lose connection as I have not visited friends ?
