I'm going to invest in a decent Android tablet, any suggestions?

This one is pretty good amazed at what it can do. It's the same size of screen as mini iPad. Just make sure it's quad core 16 gb or better.

Thanks for the advice. wyendn, I was just having a look at that tablet of yours and I must say, it is rather nice.

I already have an iPad so so I was looking for something around the 7" mark and that would fit the bill, plus I can pick one up from my local Tesco for £140.

I might just pop out tomorrow and grab one of these.

Glad you like it. It retails for about $200 in Canada. The 7.9 screen makes a big difference compared to 7" screen. Also supports hdmi so u can connect to tv for downloaded movies. And add micro sd card for more memory. The hard part was finding silicone case for it always scared I would drop it.

I think you will be happy with it I have a 7" lenovo was a gift from hubby but you get what u pay for looks like a big phone. The acer 7.9" makes a big difference in screen size and runs like a dream. It's amazing how much it holds.

However my current cell phone is a Jolla running the Sailfish OS (the phone I use daily)

Furthermore, I own an iPad mini and an Acer W510 Windows 8.1 tablet. I really wanted an 8 inch Windows tablet, but the good ones took too long to be released in The Netherlands and they were more expensive than the iPad mini. Since I already have a W8 tablet I went for the iPad.

Sounds like you have an awesome set up . But my last nokia I had a was 3210



I did want a Lumia, but it wasn't available for a few month after my upgrade, so I went with another phone

Wow ,looks so big. Cell phones have come a long way technology wise. Looks bigger than the purse I carry. Lol
