I just got human Rupert when I opened my 4th box using the glitch on my iphone 5...thanks!!!! I can't get it to work on my iPhone 4s.. I tried bluestacks once too, turning off intenet to computer as soon as the little tv showed up when I pressed buy, but it feels as if as soon as the game gets to the point of showing me the prize it has already saved... I don't know why I'm having such a difficult time with this one.. I'm normally good at glitches :/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk This is what I did: 1. Turned my wifi off 2. Opened my game (using my carrier data) 3. Pressed buy on the gift 4. Waited for the gift to fully open 5. Then swiped up to open control center & turned airplane mode on 6. Swiped down to close control center 7. Pressed the home button to exit game 8. Double tapped home button to manually close game 9. Turned airplane mode off 10. Once carrier data reconnected I opened my game back up That's how I got the glitch to work for me. I repeated those steps back to back 3 times & on the 4th I got human Rupert. I hope the steps I used are able to help you. |

This glitch does't work for me. And I really want the lobster shanty, Big Ale Truck and the pirate peter car...

Guys there's one day left the update probably won't disappear until either noon or 10pm PDT plus remember every time you win something it disappears so you will eventually get him with or without this glitch

I unlocked him legit this morning, gonna use the glitch to get Lobster Shanty and some other things I might want.. Will there be any more boxes after the current ones or are these the last ones?

Well I have the Spotlight, Lobster Shanty, Pirate Peter's Car, Pawtucket Ale Truck, Herbert’s Ice Cream Truck, Big Bubbly Fountain, and Gold Digger Island all in my prize box. I have only been able to get 2 spins each day and I have just done one. So I can do one more today and maybe 3 tomorrow but I honestly don't want to wake up in the middle of the night. I really hope the glitch works. It seems to not be working for me like it use to.
I am connected to wifi at my house and when i hit buy I pull the notification bar down with 2 fingers half way to see what I won. If its not something I like, then I pull down all the way and hit airplane mode. I quit out and quit out of the app and turn airplane mode off. Am I doing something wrong? Does it need to be 4g and not the wifi at my house. Thats the only thing I can't remember what I did last time.

This is what I do:
1. Open box
2. Turn on airplane mode
3. Go to Settings>Apps>Family Guy> Force Close
4. Turn airplane mode back on
5. Open the game and voila!

Glitch did not work for me because I could not switch to Airplane mode fast enough.
OK, so here is how I got the glitch to work on my phone.
(could also work on the iPad in combination with a phone that allows tethering)
I have 2 phones. One (Windows Phone) is turned on with a data connection (phone 1)
and the other (Android) is turned on, in Airplane mode and with WiFi on. (phone 2)
1. I deleted all WiFi networks on phone 2 except for the tethered WiFi network of phone 1. (forget network)
NOTE: Only necessary if you are within range of those networks!
2. I set the tethering on phone 1 on.
3. I then connected phone 2 to the tethered connection of phone 1.
4. I left the screen of phone 1 on the switch to turn off tethering.
5. I then started the game on phone 2
6. With the phones next to each other I opened the gift (phone2) and at the same time (almost simultaneously) turned off tethering on phone 1.
(so before the present is visible!!)
If I didn't get what I wanted I force closed the game and started again from step 2.
This worked for me, because it allowed me to be fast enough.
I deleted all known WiFi networks to make sure phone 2 would not connect to them when I turned tethering off (I was at home, so within range of the network)

It used to work on item drops, but they changed the way those are handled. When you start the task, it does the calculation when it BEGINS - which means if you do it when the task completes it will be the same result each time. The item drops were determined when it completed - but Tinyco caught on from our thread on this site. |
