I'd really like to unlock intimate apparel Peter but I don't want it to effect my chances of getting Rodger...
why have a special unlockable item during the middle of an event?
Im scrambling to get stuff for other content.
I feel like this every event..
I suppose it's all designed to keep you playing and to entice you to spend money on clams to make things faster.
honestly, I spend faaaaaaaaar too much time concerned about this game hahaha,
totally forget about the problems in the real world

He's limited time. As long as you start unlocking the Smiths you can take as long as you need to unlock them. Even after the event ends. |

That's good news!
I thought that we only have time to unlock the Smiths until 4th of December.
For me it's a "limited time-event-special weekend" overkill too.
And probably we can expect a Christmas event directly after this American Dad event.
Although I'm curiously looking forward to our first Christmas event.

I'm having trouble getting the 'censored' items - only have 7 and need a further 8 to get the nbew Peter costume unlocked. I am prepared to drop a few clams though to get it. Will be topping up for some more premium buildings soon (even though i'm having to remove other buildings to do it)
To answer the OP's thoughts, from my point of view, I like having lots to do - i just wish TinyCo would realise that one character trying to earn multiple items DOESN'T work! Especially when one of those multiple items may be rare and for a limited time item
Not long left now in the American Dad event, so i need to focus on those characters as they will disappear after the event ends if not fully unlocked

I don't mind taking so long to get them (14 now), but I don't like having nothing to do with them after I got them. |
